Therapy for the messy, chaotic seasons of motherhood.
Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here!
My name is Sara and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works both virtually in Texas & in-person in New Braunfels, TX.
I'm a mom of 3, an eldest daughter, really into book club, crafting, yoga, having 2-minute most likely interrupted conversations with my mom crew on play dates, have personal experience dealing with loss and fertility & am happiest outdoors or after a good nap.
I don't have a sourdough starter & most likely have not heard of that podcast, but I love to organize a good meal train for a friend in need, can make just about any kid craft out there & have an eye for good thrift stores and garage sales.
I love working with:
Moms who feel isolated or like they don't have a village and struggle with disconnection and loneliness.
Women who have a distant or complicated relationship with their mom.
The newly pregnant or postpartum mom who is struggling to adjust to the season of life she is in and doesn't know if she can handle it all.
Those who are carrying the weight of a recent pregnancy loss or infertility.
Women who struggle want to feel more present but also feel overwhelmed.
The women who want to create a healthier body image and relationship with their body than what was modeled but struggle to turn off their inner critique.
Women who are struggling in their marriage after a baby and don’t want to settle on being roommates.

I might be a good match if you’re looking for a therapist who…
has over 11 years of experience as a therapist & is a mom of 3 and “gets it”
isn’t perfect and doesn’t expect you to be perfect either
prefers working long-term therapy work over short-term solution-focused
can hold a whole lot of space, empathy and personal experience with grief and longing
deeply understands how difficult it can be to have a difficult relationship with a parent
finds a lot out of my own spirituality/faith but I am also respectful of all faiths and beliefs. This is your therapy session- I am not here to tell you what to believe/how to live.
