Your intake session is a chance for us to slow things down and go over your family, relationship, health, trauma, and mental health history. Vulnerability hangovers are real so this session will be less focused on looking on any one specific hardship and will be more zoomed out so we can see a bigger, full picture of what you’re going through.

Intake Session:
Appointments are typically recommended weekly or bi-weekly at least for the first 3 months.

Insurance:
In addition to the private pay and insurance plans, I offer a sliding scale rate between $100-150 depending on availability.
